This episode is a spoiler free look at what happens when I get the script from the studio, in this case the Doctor Who story Assassin in the Limelight. I also talk about why I prefer doing my own sound effects rather than using libraries and how I drink way too much tea!

14/01/2008 - The Limelight Awaits

My first Big Finish project to be released is the May story 'Assassin in the Limelight' starring Colin Baker. This will be a huge challange for me because of the timeframe in which I have to complete it.

I should soon be heading down London way to attend a screening of a project I'm involved with. I have agreed to compose the music for the famous Doctor Who fan film 'Devious'. The film guest stars Jon Pertwee and is the finale to the theoretical 6B season between 'The War Games' and 'Spearhead from Space'.

04/01/2008 - Happy New Year

It's 2008 and the new year brings an interesting future in my rather exciting career. I am currently working on one project for Big Finish and I have also been approached to work on two more to be released later this year.

I have just upgraded my studio too, adding the industry standard Beyerdynamic DT100 headphones for sound gathering and selling my EMU 1212m soundcard on eBay so I could get the EMU 1616m. Now that everything is set up how I like it (model Tardis included) I can get well and truely stuck in to my work.

02/12/2007 - New Website Up

After a long period without any updates and because of recent developments in my life I decided to get my website back up and running. I was going to redesign the site using Flash but unfortunatly because of my work I just haven't had the time to do it.

So here is an updated version of my website with a lot of new features including a brand new audio production section, new music compositions and a dedicated guestbook.
